Making the cut: Alliana wasn't wedded to having uber-long locks, so celebrity stylist Luca Blandi, of the Oscar Blandi Salon, jumped at the chance to lop off five inches.  He then sliced in long layers with shorter, face-framing pieces in front.  "I wanted her to have a style with movement," he says.
